Using NeedEverything Needeverything (Pty) Ltd operates NeedEverything at needeverything.com and creator storefronts, arranges payment, production and delivery of print-on-demand merchandise in South Africa. These terms apply to customers and creators. Contact us using the support details displayed on this page. The legal supplier and business contact details shown at checkout form part of your order information. Nothing in these terms limits rights that South African law does not permit us to exclude. Customer orders Prices are in South African rand. Your basket shows merchandise and delivery charges separately before payment. Select your colour and size carefully using the size guide. Garment photographs and screen colours are previews; reasonable screen and fabric variations may occur, but goods must match their description and lawful quality standards. Payment confirmation is subject to verified payment and stock allocation. If a paid order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you to resolve it or arrange a refund. Keep your secure tracking link private. Creator accounts and artwork Keep your account secure and provide accurate information. You retain ownership of your original artwork and grant us permission to store, display, reproduce and provide it to our production partners solely to operate your store and fulfil orders. Upload only material you own or are licensed to use. Unlawful, infringing or abusive content may be removed and affected accounts restricted. Contact support about suspected infringement. Review both print sides, resolution, placement and colour choices before publication. Later edits do not change artwork already purchased. Prices, earnings and payouts There is no signup or subscription fee. A product price is the production base price plus the creator's chosen rand profit. Shipping is separate and never creator earnings. Future base-price changes preserve the selected rand profit; existing orders retain purchased prices. Creator samples cost the base price plus shipping and generate no creator profit. Creator profit becomes available seven complete days after confirmed delivery, subject to refunds, disputes and legitimate payment holds. Withdrawals require approved identity evidence and bank ownership details. Changes to bank details require renewed approval. The minimum withdrawal is R100 before fees. A 15% fee applies to withdrawn creator profit: a R100 request has a R15 fee and R85 EFT payment. The quote is shown before confirmation. EFT is processed manually to the approved bank account; no guaranteed payout date is promised. Rejected requests release reserved funds without a fee. Refunds reverse attributable profit; amounts already paid can create a negative balance offset against future earnings. We never automatically debit the creator's bank. Service and changes We may correct errors, maintain the service and restrict fraudulent or unlawful activity. Existing paid orders, earned balances and statutory remedies remain subject to their recorded terms and applicable law. Material changes apply prospectively and will be communicated where required. South African law applies. Customers may use applicable consumer complaint bodies and courts; these terms do not require surrendering statutory remedies.
