South African delivery We currently deliver to supported South African addresses. Enter an accurate street address, postcode and contact number. One creator's merchandise is checked out per basket, with one shipment per order. Supported delivery areas and charges are calculated from the configured region and quantity rates and shown before payment. Shipping is charged separately from merchandise and is not creator profit. Creator samples also require shipping payment. Production and delivery estimates Garments are printed after order confirmation. Production estimates shown on the product or checkout page are separate from courier transit time. Estimates are not guaranteed dates unless we expressly agree otherwise. Public holidays, stock issues, remote destinations and courier disruptions may affect timing. We will communicate material delays and honour applicable cancellation and refund rights. We do not accept live orders until production and delivery settings are configured. Tracking and delivery issues A confirmation email and secure order-status link provide order progress. After dispatch we record the courier and tracking information. Contact support if your parcel is late, missing, damaged or marked delivered incorrectly; provide your order reference. Delivery records do not prevent you from disputing an incorrect delivery. We investigate with the courier and arrange the remedy required by law. Loss and damage are handled in accordance with applicable consumer law; we do not transfer our statutory delivery responsibilities to the customer. Address changes and failed delivery Request address changes immediately. We cannot guarantee changes after dispatch. If an incorrect address or missed delivery requires a further delivery, any proposed additional charge will be explained and agreed before it is incurred, subject to your legal rights. Do not send returns to a parcel's dispatch address without contacting support first. National courier delivery costs R100 per order for 1–5 shirts, with no additional-shirt charge. Delivery is estimated at 3–5 working days after dispatch. Production time is additional. Larger orders require a delivery quote before purchase. This is our customer shipping price, not a guarantee of the courier’s underlying parcel cost.
